Description
Fantinel Venko Rosso 750mLA blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Pinot Noir grown in the Collio vineyards. Harvested by hand, about 25% of the grapes go through the appassimento process; they are dried on straw mats to concentrate the flavours. The wine is aged for about two years in very large Allier and Slavonian oak barrels. A vibrant with red berry aromas and a velvety, concentrated palate.
