This duct has a larger internal volume than the stock version and also draws air from the stock location above the radiator. The combination of a sealed system results in lower intake temperatures than the stock airbox and avoids heat soak which is a common issue

The final objective was met by designing an organically shaped system with custom rounded panel filters to ensure the airflow path contained no sharp corners and therefore allowed for the flow to remain laminar
