Shinwa Scriber with Replaceable TipsThis mechanical pencil type scriber from Shinwa has a 140mm long ABS plastic body and a 4 mm long retractable super hard tip that can be used to mark metal, plastic and wood. Replacement tips are also available. Made in China in a Shinwa Japan owned factory.
