75" across and 4" tall
It features wood and nail construction and a hinged lid with brass hinges
It would make a great shelf piece or desk display
Pre-Auction Notes: Heavy warping to artist board and losses of frame gesso
but these are obscured by the lid when displayed
Pre-Auction Notes: straight vertical crack on left side
but overall the vinyl and paint are in great shape
It has nice patina throughout and is free from breaks or cracks
It features a beautiful brass candlestick base
This is a great example of the American Character Doll Company's "Petite" or "Mama" line that they produced from the 1920s through the early 1930s
