There is a small line on the top rim of the stein that appears to be a small crack

The trophy was likely manufactured by Poole Silver Company out of Taunton

Here is a lovely antique silver plated sugar scuttle or scoop
This painting measures 20" x 15

It is missing its mounting post
but also has some chipping
