with the title and other writings and numbers
There is a scratch in the glass of the frame that I will highlight in the photographs
these flags are likely from a Centennial celebration and the various insignia correspond to divisions of the Union Army of the American Civil War
and a sliding button on the edge allows you to eject one up out of the case without opening it
