Drawn on thick laid paper laid on to card within black ink border. Provenance: Ex Collection of Mde. La Baronne du Palland. (Inscribed on label verso). Traditionally understood to be by Paul Sandby. Possibly an example of the artist's brief experimentation with pastel. 63 by 51 cms sight. 71. 5 by 51 cms. Overall in frame.
