The pair includes a devil head with painted red and yellow eyes, arched black eyebrows, green interior rim, and a wide grinning mouth, and a cat head with painted blue eyes, an open mouth, and pointed ears. Both are open at the top for use as lanterns. Both figures show surface wear and soiling.
The album is mostly filled with photographs but includes many empty pages at the end
