Good overall condition. Some wear, minor staining to fabric backing. Outfitted in house with modern latch hardware for easy opening, cleaning, and adjustment.
I believe it is made of a copper-colored pot metal or other cheap metal alloy
The plastic handle and plastic latch are intact and in good condition
