FE Thomas Bamboo Fly Rod 10'6" 3/2 #8An F. E. Thomas "Special" bamboo fly rod, 10'6", 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for what feels like a #8 line. Excellent, all original condition. The grip shows some darkening, the varnish is a little textured throughout (age, not damage), and the topmost wrap on one tip appears to have been rewrapped at an earlier point, but overall the rod is in great shape for its age and devoid of any meaningful issues. It is also nicely straight for its age. Medium

If you remove the guide

The click drag is smooth and the clicker has a very nice sound

The owner wrote his name down the length of the grip but it has faded somewhat and is much fainter

I think you could probably fish a #4 on this rod as well
