WA Adams Fly Reel 2 3/4"A scarce WA Adams fly reel, 2 3 4" diameter and set up for LHW. Mint condition. The reel weighs 3. 9 ounces on my scale. Silver frame, handle, and foot with a black spool and sideplates. The reel packs into the original suede leather padded pouch.

There is a tear at the bottom of the butt section of the bag

Made in 1969

All sections are straight but regrettably the mid-section is 1 3/8" short (reset by Wes Jordan)

Excellent and original condition

Duplicated Mark II check and the graceful "telephone" latch design secures the spool

Near mint+ condition with super minor handling marks from collectors over the years

The tip was made 1 1/8" shorter than the butt and mid

N/S cap and ring over a tiger maple spacer

The reverse half wells grip is 7 1/8" in length with only light soiling and very smooth save a few dents from being packed into the tube too tight
